Our polyester doors are an amazing alternative to five-piece wood doors. These doors have a TFL (Thermally Fused Laminate) center panel with exact matching polyester film wrapped on the rails to protect them from bumps and scratches. Our collection of 5-piece polyester doors are available in a wide selection of colours and styles. They have a high UV stability, are heat resistant, easy to clean and resistant to chemicals and household agents.

*Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL)
Capturing the essence of natural beauty, earthy textures, and soft natural fabrics, TFL is the new generation of affordable finishes. The inherent and unique characteristics of real wood have been brought to life in this durable, long-lasting wood alternative product that offers quality and unique, creative design solutions. Matching edge treatments are used to band exposed TFL panel edges during fabrication. The face is treated with a special thermosetting resin system that bonds to the substrate under heat and pressure. The resin system provides scratch and wear-resistance. Many TFL panels carry textures that enhance the printed design, creating a very realistic decorative surface.

ROCKPORT STYLE
*Red Oak is a strong, open-grained hardwood that has a range in colour of white, yellow and pink mineral deposits and may contain some wide grain. Red Oak is one of the most popular wood species among cabinet makers.

*Walnut wood is relatively heavy, soft hardwood and resilient. It is resistant to warping and is subject to only light shrinkage. Its irregular grain and dark – light coloring lends itself to use as a decorative wood, and this is due to the clear structure of the growth rings.

*Hard Maple is a strong, close-grained wood that is predominantly consistent in colour, although it also contains light hues of yellow-brown and pink. Hard Maple is the most popular wood species throughout the furniture and cabinet industry.
